Представлены технические и дозиметрические характеристики ангиографических аппаратов. Проанализированы дозы облучения персонала при выполнении исследований сосудов головного мозга и каротидных зон, ангиокардиографии, гепатоабдоминальной области, почек и тазовой области. Показано, что основными путями снижения доз являются экранирование рабочих мест, использование средств защиты щитовидной железы и хрусталика глаза, ограничение числа проводимых исследований за счет увеличения числа ангиографических бригад, техническое совершенствование аппаратуры и т.п.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Summarized information of the literature about dozes radiation of staff while carrying out angiography researching. Technical and dosimetric characteristics of  angiograph apparatus are represented. Analyzed radiation dozes of staff while carrying out researching of the brain vessels and carotid zones, angiogcardiograhpy, hepatic abdomen, renal and pelvic zones.
