В связи с этим авторы считают актуальным ознакомить научную общественность с необходимостью внесения в действующие НРБ-99/2009 изменений, касающихся регулирования защиты населения при воздействии природных источников ионизирующего излучения, в первую очередь — радиоактивного газа естественного происхождения — радона. Суть этих изменений связана с необходимостью внедрения в практику регулирования защиты населения от облучения радоном современных подходов, изложенных в Публикациях 103,115,126МКРЗ и «Международных основных нормах безопасности» (ОНБ), опубликованных МАГАТЭ в 2014 г. В этом аспекте представлены конкретные предложения по совершенствованию нормативно-правовой базы регулирования защиты населения при воздействии природных источников ионизирующего излучения, учет которых в перерабатываемых НРБ позволит реализовать в России комплекс мероприятий по снижению облучения населения радоном в свете современных рекомендаций МКРЗ, ВОЗ и МАГАТЭ, а также требований утвержденных Президентом Российской Федерации Основ государственной политики в области обеспечения ядерной и радиационной безопасности Российской Федерации на период до 2025 г. и дальнейшую перспективу.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Currently in the Russian Federation the procedure for revision of the national regulatory documents (Radiation Safety Standards (NRB-99/2009) and Basic Sanitary Rules for Ensuring Radiation Safety (OS-PORB 99/2010) has been initiated. In this regard, the authors consider to discuss with the scientific community the necessity to provide amendments in the current Radiation Safety Standards concerning public radiation protection against natural radiation sources, in particular, radon. The main objective is to provide consistence existing national regulatory requirements with the modern international approaches set out in the ICRP and IAEA documents. In this regard, specific proposals on improvement of the regulatory and legislative framework in this field are presented.
