Abstract
The article contains detailed description of criteria for assigning of liquid and gaseous industrial waste containing technogenicradionuclides to the radioactive waste, presented in the new Basic Sanitary Rulesof Radiation Safety (OSPORB-99/2010). The analysisof shortcomings and discrepancies of the previously used in Russia system of criteria for assigning waste to the radioactive waste is given.

Abstract
The paper presents conceptually new requirements to the limitation of population exposure from the natural ionizing irradiation sources in industrial conditions, introduced into Basic Sanitary Rules of Radiation Safety (OSPORB-99/2010). It is shown that, first of all, introduction of these requirements is aimed at the resolution of variety of previously existing serious contradictions in organization of radiation safety control and supervision for the impact of natural ionizing irradiation sources in industry.

Abstract
The article represents the data about individual effective radiation doses adult patients in x-ray odontology procedures in medical organisations of Ryazan region. On the ground of the results collected in radiation induced characteristics of the x-ray odontology units calculate avarage level individual effective radiation dose corresponding groups teeth: upper and lover jours are calculated.

Abstract
The article shows that less-informative routine examination methods form the basis of X-ray diagnostics in Russia (95.4%), unlike in the developed countries. The input of digital technologies into routine examinations is only 4.5%, and into occupational dose due to X-ray examinations is 2.5%. The distinction of national X-ray examinations is the use of large scale preventive photofluorographic examinations of chest organs (one third of all X-ray examinations); only a quarter of them are performed with the use of low-dose digital technologies. Negative trends of radionuclide diagnostics are revealed. It is determined that the trend of decreasing of the patient and population occupational dose due to X-ray examinations in the 2000s is not associated with the patient radiation protection optimization. Areas of X-ray examination, in which measures for patient radiation protection must be implemented primarily, are determined.

Abstract
The problem of reliable estimation of annual radon concentration in the new buildings by results of short-term measurements is still actual. The task is to determine the relevant real values of the coefficient of temporal variations of radon. To this end, analyzed two fundamentally different approach to research methodology and accounting regularities of variations of radon EEC in indoor buildings. Based on experimental data shows that in assessing the average radon EEC levels is the most effective and took into account the ratio of current and annual air temperature differences inside and outside the building. The proposed principle is recommended for use in the development of improved methods of radon control of buildings.

Abstract
The article contains the results of current internal exposure dose assessment for the citizens of some Bryansk region settlements affected by radioactive contamination due to the accident at Chernobyl NPP, obtained with the use of three different methodical approaches: based on the results of 137Cs content determination in the bodies of citizens of examined settlements; based on the data of radionuclide content in the local food products and structure of food ration of citizens; based on the data of groups and types of soil, prevailing in the farmland and in the forest areas. The comparison of resulting assessments is done.

Abstract
A methodological approach for the justification of rational countermeasure options in agricultural production in the long term after the Chernobyl NPP accident is presented. Settlements and collective farms located on the contaminated territory were divided categories based on the contamination density of 137Cs and in the first case on annual internal doses and on risk of the overestimation of standards, restricting the use of agricultural products (in the second case). For each category of the farms the ranking of rehabilitation options and the time periods when their application would be of importance were justified and estimated.

Abstract
In terms of ship simulator automated control systems we have investigated the information content of physiological monitoring cardiac rhythm to assess the reliability and noise immunity of operators of various specializations with audio-visual simulation of an emergency. In parallel, studied the effectiveness of protection against the adverse effects of electromagnetic fields. Monitoring of cardiac rhythm in a virtual crash it is possible to differentiate the degree of voltage regulation systems of body functions of operators on specialization and note the positive effect of the use of means of protection from exposure of electromagnetic fields.

Abstract
This article presents the results of radiation monitoring which was performed in the observation area of the Volgodonsk NPP (VNPP) during 2007-2009. Calculations done using the obtained results for artificial exposure of population living in the observation area of the VNPP are presented. It is shown that annual exposure doses of population living in the observation area of the VNPP do not exceed 10 мSv per year.

Abstract
The paper contains an analysis of the information provided in the radiation hygiene passports of territorial subjects of the Russian Federation in 2009.The data relevant to the sites of peaceful nuclear explosions have been presented in the seven of the total nineteen passports from the regions where peaceful nuclear explosions were carryed out in the last century. Some recommendations for completing the sections № 4 and № 9 in the radiation hygiene passport of a territorial subject of the Russian Federation are given.
